This is the listing in Trulia. Here's the problem...the owners aren't selling, aren't planning to sell, and are writing to Trulia to ask why they have it on their site. I wouldn't have believe it except for the "Agents:list this property for sale!" tag. REALLY? I mean REALLY? What is Trulia thinking? First, they have homes on the site from Realty Trac that are only in a NOD, yet appear to be foreclosures, and now this! It is one thing to promote properties on the market, an entirely different thing to create the market out of thin air! Shame on Trulia!
